  1. Increase the advancement of mid-career women in STEM fields utilizing regional peer-to-peer networks for both faculty and administrators
  2. Create agents of change by providing education, training and professional support that would equip
    1. women faculty for promotion and leadership positions
    2. administrators to develop inclusive campus policies and cultures
  3. Drive institutional transformation by identifying, developing, and pursuing goals that reduce obstacles and increase the retention and advancement of a diverse faculty in STEM
